Whetstones for the Chisel

Whetstones for the Chisel is a side quest in the Wending Vale, offered by Thelaen.

My chisels have gone dull, and I've a feeling I'll want them sharp before the year is out. The river below this hill drops the right stone along its east bank: grey, flat, blue at the edge. Bring me three. It's a quiet walk. Take it slowly; the valley's better that way.
